We've seen it too often, and it's time for a change. Imagine instead if you could pick up the phone and speak to a true IT expert who gives you straight answers, and comes to your home if the problem can't be solved over the phone.

About Me
I am a recently retired Silicon Valley engineer who's been tinkering with all sorts of computer hardware and software since 1984. Over the decades I have written a ton of software and managed army of engineers and IT pros in cutting-edge startups. The chances are, I can single handedly troubleshoot and fix your problems that may take squads of geeks to fix. 🙂
After few years into my (very) early retirement and binge watching of countless shows, I realized that offering my skills to those around me could benefit everyone involved, especially me; my wife says I spend way too much time alone. So, I decided to launch this venture with the primary goal of giving back to my local community and engage with people.
Ideally, I would work for free, but my wife insists that people should pay (her?) something for my time away from my family. So, I thought charging about half that of what others normally charge would seem reasonable. If you really need my help now but can't afford it, just let me know and I will help you as much as I can for free. In general, I will try to guide/teach you so that you can fix the problem yourself; I won't charge you for that.

How I work
- Give me a call/text or fill out the contact form below (for non-urgent issues)
- We'll speak on the phone or Zoom. If I can solve your issue within 15 minutes, the call is on me, free of charge!
- If the issue is more involved, depending on the situation, I may try to fix it over Zoom, or come to your place. I will give you an estimate, based on my rate (see below). Also, I won't charge for my travel unless you're 15+ minutes away.
- If replacement/new parts are needed, I will recommend where you buy them from. This way you buy from the stores you prefer, and you manage any warranty issues yourself
- Throughout the process I will be upfront with you, so if more work is required, or something changes, I'll let you know right away
